Not sure if this is the best place to post this, but it's the first place that came to mind and I couldn't figure out where else.
We've decided to head north from SF along the coast for Thanksgiving weekend this year and are looking for any recommendations for nice restaurants (specifically one likely to be open on Thanksgiving and take reservations) somewhere in the rough vicinity of Humboldt Redwoods State Park, if anyone has any advice.

Mon, November 20, 2006 - 9:38 PMBless My Soul Cafe, in Eureka. Good homemade Cajun food, and you can often visit with the madam of the restaurant herself.
Best thing about Humboldt? You can rely on good food, and its preparation the healthy way (grassfed meat, oragnic fresh produce).
Big Blue Cafe in Arcata for breakfast.
Hay Juans Burrito! Make sure you stop there.
