Hi,
I just returned from a trip to the Caribbean and fell in love with their food. Would love to do some cooking but not sure where I can find the ingredients in Seattle. Someone recommended that I find a West Indies market.

Does anyone know of a market like this (preferably close to Fremont as possible) or a bigger grocery that might carry their foods? Or a restaurant would also suffice. My favorites were: plantains, veggie cheeks (or chunks), and their meat rubs were amazing!
